We want you to be confident before you buy. This policy explains when refunds are and are not available. By purchasing, you agree to it.
One-off projects and products (websites, e-commerce, logos, audits, content, etc.)
- Refunds are available only before work has begun. Once we have started work on your project, payments become non-refundable.
- Because projects are billed on a milestone basis, the initial/deposit payment that secures your slot and starts the work is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Completed milestones are non-refundable, as they represent work already delivered.
- If you cancel after a project has started, you remain responsible for payment covering all work completed up to that point.
Monthly and recurring services (SEO, Google Business Profile, Ads, AEO, GEO, support plans)
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once it has begun, as work and resources are committed for that period.
- To stop future billing, see our Cancellation Policy (30 days’ written notice).
Digital scans and instant products
- Low-cost instant digital products (such as website scans and visibility checks) are non-refundable once the report or result has been delivered, as the value is provided immediately.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. Please raise any concern with us first — we will always try to resolve it fairly.
How to request a refund
Email billing@topsiawebsitedesigns.com with your order details before work begins. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
