This policy explains how to cancel a project or a recurring service.

One-off projects

You may cancel a project at any time by written notice to billing@topsiawebsitedesigns.com.

  • If work has not begun, you may cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid, less any non-refundable deposit.
  • If work has begun, cancellation takes effect immediately, but you remain liable for all work completed and milestones reached up to the cancellation date. See our Refund Policy.

Monthly and recurring services

  • Monthly services require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Your service and billing continue through the notice period, after which no further charges are made.
  • Some services carry a minimum commitment term (for example, SEO, AEO, and GEO), stated at the time of purchase, because results need time to take effect. Cancellation takes effect after the minimum term has been met, plus the 30-day notice period.
  • Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

Cancellation by us

We may cancel or suspend Services if payments are overdue, if you breach our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or if continuing would be unlawful or unreasonable. Where we cancel without cause, we will refund any prepaid amounts for Services not yet delivered.

After cancellation

On cancellation, we will, on request and once all due payments are settled, provide a reasonable handover of completed Deliverables. Access to ongoing services, tools, or accounts managed by us ends when the service ends.
