Post-delivery support window

Every completed project includes a 14-day post-launch support window to fix genuine errors or bugs in the work we delivered, at no extra cost. This covers faults in our work — not new features, design changes, content updates, or issues caused by third-party changes, which are quoted separately.

What’s included

  • Fixing functional bugs in delivered work during the support window
  • Guidance on using and managing what we built
  • Clarifying anything within the original scope

What’s not included (chargeable)

  • New pages, features, or design changes after sign-off
  • Content or product updates
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or platform changes
  • Work outside the agreed original scope

Ongoing care

For continued updates, security, edits, and improvements, we offer Website Maintenance & Support and Dedicated Support Hours plans. These give you priority, predictable, ongoing help after your support window ends.
